We’re looking to add to our European Service Sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales professional who is German speaking.
In this critical commercial role, you will be part of a small team of Service Sales Representatives tasked with helping the business achieve its growth, profitability and customer satisfaction goals by finding and closing new Service business opportunities. These opportunities will primarily include the sale of Service Plans.
W e welcome applications from candidates who are interested in flexibility in working arrangements. This role can either be remotely based with travel to Winnersh for meetings/ events or office based from Winnersh, UK.
In this role, you'll
Drive service plan renewals, warranty conversions and new business through value-selling.
Produce Service Plan quotations for European customers and proactively follow-up on these.
Interact with internal departments such as Service delivery, Sales, Legal, and Finance to anticipate and resolve issues and close service plan contracts.
Provide regular and accurate forecasting for revenue and bookings.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.
The ability to work independently within defined parameters, self-starter.
We're looking for you to showcase
Proven experience in sales and/ or account management, providing excellent customer service and commercial drive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to fluently speak, read and write in English and German.
Organized, with a thorough approach to work, excellent attention to detail, accuracy of information and time management skills.
Experience of using ServiceMax/SalesForce- Not essential as training can be provided
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Experience of working in an international environment, especially across Europe and US would be beneficial but not essential
