Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:
Support EMEA HR Team by managing the following activities:
Responsible for providing customer service in all facets of the position including responding to requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide front-line support to associates, answering questions on policy, procedure, and practice via the HR EMEA inbox.
Support to establish standard work aligned with the Danaher and SCIEX HR processes, taking into consideration the associate life cycle for all countries across EMEA.
Supporting the administration for elements of the recruitment cycle e.g. workday data input, creation of offer documents, onboarding emails. Collecting new hire data and subsequent processing Data Management in Workday and sharing with relevant departments (IT, Payroll).Administering the end-to-end transactional activities associated with the associate life cycle, which will include data entry of employee records, employment agreements, compiling letters, producing documentation for starters, leavers, transfers, and maternity/paternity, administering HR processes.
Ensuring that the administration and coordination of HR activities are entered effectively and in a timely manner into systems (Workday/TeamSeer).
Responsible for supporting processes for absences; escalating to the functional HR lead according to the defined absence policies.
Responsible for collating, analyzing, and presenting core HR data during weekly or monthly HR meetings.
Processing of reference letter request confirmations for associates.
Responsible for accurate filing, keeping personnel files up to date. Preparing correspondence – exit paperwork, request information.
Recruitment support, e.g. management, screening candidates, initial phone interviews, organizing interviews.
Conducting new hire interviews, entrance meetings with new associates for EMEA central region, including collecting new hire data and subsequent processing Data Management in Workday.
Ensuring that the administration and coordination of HR activities are entered effectively and in a timely manner into systems.
Responsible for sending Benefits information to providers including data collection and data entries as needed.
Prepare monthly payroll information for Payroll Manager
Being the point of contact for administrative duties within EMEA HR
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Vocational training or bachelor’s degree in HR Business Administration or similar education t. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English, any other European languages are an advantage. Experience with and capability of interfacing with all levels of the organization.
