Position Summary

Are you passionate about Software, Cloud Computing and innovation? The Full Stack Developer is an integral position within the Trojan UV team. The position works for Hach to design and develop code for Trojan, collaborating with other software developers and testers using the SCRUM process, in order to deliver iterative releases of front-end user experiences, with high quality expectations, and challenging timing of milestone delivery.

Trojan manufactures Ultraviolet systems that inactivate bacteria and is used in water treatment plants right before water is released into local creeks and rivers. Trojan has partnered with Hach to use Claros Software to monitor UV systems in various locations.

The Full Stack developer along with the team will be responsible:

  • Improving back-end performance and making the user interface something our customers will love to use.

  • You will use Web API with C#, Microsoft Service Fabric, Visual Studio Code with Angular, SQL Server and other tools to accomplish the team’s goals.

Note that Hach is in Loveland Colorado and Trojan is located in London, Ontario Canada. The position can be located at either location. This position will need to travel to the office once a week so the team can collaborate in person. It’s possible during certain times of the year the meetings will span several days, and the candidate would be required to come to the office during those times. Periodic travel to Canada or CO to liaison with Trojan is required.

Bachelor’s degree not required.

Experience We Need You to Have (at least 3 years but preferably 5 years):

  • Experience with C#, Visual Studio, and Web API

  • Proven experience with Angular and Single Page Applications

Experience We’d Like You to Have (but not required)

  • Azure

  • Jira and the Atlassian Suite.

  • RESTful API Services.

  • Working in Agile development as part of a Scrum team.

  • SignalIR and Web Sockets

  • Experience with other client MVVM frameworks.

  • SQL Server, SQL queries, Stored Procedures and SSMS

The salary range for this role is 85K - 105K USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
