Danaher Corporation Product Data Management Specialist in London, Ontario
Perform configuration management duties to ensure alignment between Engineering Data and Enterprise Resource Planning System.
Support implementation of Engineering Changes into Ops for Industrial Product Line.
Create, and edit the Item Master Data and BOMS within the LN Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment through the EN Process.
Performs a non-technical checks of all documents and reports submitted for release to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
Ensures alignment of data between ERP system and Engineering Documentation. Identifies discrepancies for cross-functional resolution.
Supports the maintenance of data management processes to ensure compliance and consistency with applicable internal standards such as ISO.
Verifies, reports and checks status of work in process. Works with engineering customers to negotiate non-standard release schedules to support manufacturing schedules.
Identifies records and data appropriate for record retention to ensure compliance with company, government and regulatory requirements. Completes assignments to support records representatives for master record retention schedule (i.e., identify storage conditions and requirements, etc.).
Trigger printing of product documentation, certificate packages and ensuring correct revision is provided.
Other duties as required.
