About the Tradeshows and Events Coordinator role:
This role is a part of the Trojan Technologies Demand Generation marketing team, responsible for ensuring robust lead acquisition and outstanding brand touchpoints that delight our customers and engage partners to develop and strengthen relationships with customers through digital channels and event activities. This global role requires tight-knit collaboration skills, tradeshow/virtual event planning and execution management, as well as solid budgeting and fulfillment experience.
Tradeshow and Virtual Event Coordination
Planning and executing tradeshows and virtual events such as WEFTEC and webinars; managing all aspects of logistic requirements, third-party vendors, event spaces, hotels, etc and coordinate all onsite activities for colleagues and customers.
Onsite lead for major shows; ability and willingness to travel globally is mandatory.
Engaging with leadership and other partners (internal and external) to support decision-making around event requirements, timing, resourcing, etc.
Developing and curating standard work for tradeshows and virtual events, collaborating with Vertical Marketing team and the Demand Generation team to execute on strategy for Trojan Technologies presence at shows and training necessary partners on standard methodologies.
Arranging logistics for demo units ordering/shipping to and from trade shows, invoice payments, inventory, and manages the maintenance or service as needed.
Maintaining the global events budget and responsible for renewing annual memberships related to trade shows.
Support of Marketing department initiatives as required

Qualifications
Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Marketing/Marketing Communications or Event Planning
Demonstrated experience in coordinating trade show and/or virtual programs
Ability to Travel: varies on time of year; approximately 30% primarily USA, Europe
