Providing global product management to drive revenue growth, share gain, and margin increase in the Aria FAST, Aria FIT, and IMPRO Product lines. * Specifying product requirements for current and future mobile products (RO, IX, EDI) by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers (Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities). Work intimately with supply chain and global standards groups. o Understand market dynamics and buyer behaviors in each region to better help with product positioning * Managing the FAST (mobile) and IMPRO product lines life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. * Develop financial models to look at existing & future products and/or technology from a financial perspective to support strategic decisions. * Developing and maintaining clear and compelling product collateral (brochures, case studies, data sheets, product presentations) and associated web content. * Supporting the development of demand creation strategies, including but not limited to digital campaigns promoting the mobile & systems product family. * Working with global and regional sales and marketing leaders to establish training for sales channels. * Tracking commercial performance by region (sales funnel, win rate, win / loss root cause, utilization rate) and recommending actions to improve product performance. * Develop and execute a Product Roadmap that defines future products, innovation, and technology needs.
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial activities related to water treatment solutions including RO and MF/UF technologies o Experience in a product management and/or marketing is highly preferred. * Experience working on complex global projects and developing a customer-centric solution * Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing (MBA preferred) * Must be able to travel 30% of the time * Excellent teamwork skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority * Market and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and support problem solving * Voice of customer skills to identify unique customer insights * Product positioning competencies to support a clear, customer-focused portfolio strategy * We welcome self-driven, innovative team members who are at their best in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment that values integrity, respect, fact-based decisions, collaboration, and curiosity.
