As the Manager, Global Product Marketing (CC/IA), you will be responsible for developing and leading our Chemistry and Immunoassay portfolio launch strategy and execution of all downstream marketing activities. In this position, you will report to the Director and will be a valued member of our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop the global marketing strategy and build compelling value propositions for Beckman Coulter’s chemistry and immunoassay solutions with the end goals of upholding positioning, driving product adoption and attachment rates, and growing product revenue.
Drive the Launch Excellence process and presentation to Senior Leadership for assigned products/product category.
Use customer, market and business insights to find opportunities for new critical initiatives and campaign optimizations that allow us to grow product revenue, differentiate our products in the marketplace and move healthcare forward.
Collaborate with the business units (BU's), global and regional marketing colleagues to develop a congruent marketing strategy for CCIA and its connection with the larger Beckman Coulter solution.
Drive outstanding marketing; collaborate with marketing communications to develop and launch global campaigns that drive funnel conversion through a compelling value proposition that resonates with our customer base
Develop the product/solution related claims matrix and evidence; build sales collateral with consistent messaging that is supported by strong evidence for product/solution commercialization.
Join forces with Product Training team to develop content to Train and support the sales organization on content delivery for new products.
Responsible for forecasting in alignment with regional marketing teams across the globe.
Develop expertise on customer buying criteria, market segmentation and the competition to build strategies that win in the market and best position the business.
Conduct win/loss interviews, use market intelligence and product knowledge to generate competitive intelligence.
Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with external business partners to support product marketing initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ work experience or Master’s degree with 7 years’ work experience
Must have healthcare marketing experience (Laboratory, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or other healthcare) or be in the Danaher GMDP
Ability to travel globally (once travel resumes post Covid-19 pandemic)
Experience in large, global, matrixed organization
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Sales, Marketing, or Product Management expertise in immunology or chemistry.
