Responsible for achieving the region's sales goals within defined timeframes and parameters. Direct the activities of the sales force, in line with strategies and plans, which are consistent with the organization's overall mission and in line with budgeted expectations. Also, expected to prioritize/focus on top line sales, contribute to positive selling environments, communicates and implements Nobel Biocare overall philosophy/strategy, develop KOL's, and faciliate competitive conversions.
Responsibilities: * Responsible for a geographic territory that is high producing * 6-8 direct people responsibility * Fiscal responsibility * Handle expense budget * Implementation of key strategic initiatives * Indirect people responsibility (eg. assess teammates) * Extensive travel including some nights and weekends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 5 out of 7 years of sales achievement (100% to quota) * Associates Degree PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years demonstrated leadership capabilities, not just sales achievement
- 2 years with knowledge of Restorative and Surgical Implant Dentistry
- Salesforce experience
