We are currently seeking a Global Product Manager, Particle Counting and Characterization who will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle of their assigned products. This includes bringing the voice of customer and market requirements to the development, launch, growth, and maintenance of our product line.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Planning: Identify market opportunities and define the initial product concept. Shape and champion new segments and directions by owning and synthesizing the voice of the customer to understand future directions of technology and future customer needs and inform the product's unique value proposition. Evaluate potential new business opportunities and formulate recommendations based on known risks and rewards. Develop a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy to guide the product's development.

  • Product Development: Sit on cross-functional core team throughout stage gate development process. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely and quality delivery of product features, maintaining alignment with the established product roadmap. Drive customer intimacy through the development process and monitor user feedback and market trends to iterate and optimize the product for growth.

  • Product Launch: Lead the product launch strategy and execution. Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, including marketing, sales, and customer support strategies. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful product launch and commercialization plans including website, digital, lead generation, campaign management, tradeshows, and localization of marketing materials.

  • Product Growth and Maintenance: Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements. Implement strategies to sustain growth, optimize pricing, and expand the product's market share. Serve as global knowledge source for best practice sharing, competitive information, product performance specifications, and competitive positioning. Enable peer-to-peer sharing of practices and key success factors.

  • Key Interfaces: Research and Development, Quality and Regulatory, Tech Support, Manufacturing, Commercial Marketing, Executive Leadership.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in in life science, chemistry, or engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 years or more experience in product management or marketing experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally in particle counting and characterization, including launching and managing products through various life cycle stages.

  • Must have proven ability to see new business opportunities, set and meet aggressive objectives, exceptional communication and collaboration skills and be ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including proven influencing skills.

  • Able to travel 30%, including international travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project management and planning skills.

  • Fluent in a second language

  • Master's or PhD in related field

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
