Danaher's Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform (www.dhwaterquality.com) is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications.

We are anticipating needs as we grow and invite you to become part of our talent pool for a potential future need for a Junior Recruiter. This position will handle the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles in all of the Water Quality Platform operating companies. Will recruit for business and technical support positions in a wide variety of departments and location in US and Canada. Requisition loads vary but typically are in the 25-35 range. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers with respect to role requirements and be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned groups and locations. Full life-cycle recruiting: screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations, negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation.

  • Attract and engage top talent via active sourcing and networking techniques such as job fair/college recruiting events, social media, networking, employee referral programs and associate engagement

  • Effectively evaluate applicant qualifications by utilizing strong interview questions, evaluating responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches

  • Provide for best-in-class candidate experiences by connecting candidates to the mission and vision of our company, thoughtful planning and follow through, professionalism, and timeliness

  • Work with Workday RMS and ensure all actions and data are updated accurately and timely for each applicant through the entire recruiting process

  • Promotes legal hiring practices by possessing an understanding current legislation and coaching managers on compliance and recommending new procedures

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume recruiting role

  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System

  • MS Office Suite expertise including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of Workday RMS or other ATS preferred

  • Understands recruiting in a fast-paced environment

  • Relationship builder with the ability to work effectively with people at varying levels of the organization, highly collaborative

  • Proven track record of delivering against key performance indicator targets

  • Knowledge of OFCCP practices and regulations
