Danaher Corporation Project Manager in Loveland, Colorado
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific Particle Counting and Characterization programs! Experience in leading innovation program management will be highly valued.
What you will be responsible for:
Own the planning and implementation of multiple assay development programs
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Lead Design History File, Meeting Minutes, Risk Management Files and other relevant project documentation as it pertains to our Design Control requirements
Manage a project resource allocation
Present reports defining program progress, problems and solutions to management
Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Lead dispersed teams through multiple communication levels and mediums throughout the organization as well as external collaborators.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and/or a technical field are preferred.
MBA or Strategic Management background preferred
5+ years of experience in a project management capacity, innovation management including all aspects of clinical development, plan execution and product launch
Experience in product development, launching products from concept to commercialization stage
Excellent knowledge of program management techniques and tools
Understanding of quality documentation management systems
Experience in Quality System Regulations (QSR) 21 CFR 820; Design Control: ISO 13485:2003
Experience in risk management
