Danaher Corporation Reliability Engineer in Loveland, Colorado

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our collaborative team providing guidance and technical oversight to product development teams for Design for Reliability (DFR) in support of Hach’s current and future products!
Reviews design architecture to ensure adherence to Hach Reliability Engineering standards
Supports development programs
Derives, Interprets and allocates reliability requirements to drive focused and value-add DFR analysis, design efforts and testing activities.
Generates Reliability Test Plans and Procedures for Reliability focused Testing, including ALTA, RGT, HALT, Endurance, and Demonstration Testing.
Develop complex reliability prediction models
Works closely with System Engineers to conduct and support FMEA and System Hazard Analysis efforts.
Lead the Hach FRACAS process by acting as the chairman for the Failure Review Board (FRB)
Participates in product design reviews

BS or MS degree in Applied Mathematics, Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field
7 or more years of directly experience in supporting the design and development of products
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership capacity
Electromechanical design knowledge
Chemical Manufacturing Knowledge
The salary range for this role is 130-140K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
