KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development
Develop applications, systems, and automation to improve Client Services service levels
Recommend and assist in developing business case solutions for projects that support process improvements and develop a strategy to sustain the implemented solution
Assist in the overall coordination, control and maintenance of hardware within the enterprise to ensure compatibility and integration with company strategies
Perform gap analysis to recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new policies need to be developed especially regarding future business expansion
Drives for Results
Monitor the implementation of newly deployed applications to ensure limited user disruptions
Responsible for quarterly usage and license audit of, but not limited to, Adobe, Smartsheet, Box, Miro
Monitor and manage the health of several servers related to the delivery of IT services
Maintain knowledge and expertise of current applicable computing technology, industry strategies and technology evolutionary cycles/plans
Timely completion of continual improvement projects
Maintain and sustain the accuracy of the Asset Repository, specifically for the PC desktop environment which includes software licenses of the PC environment
Active Directory (AD) administration
Support wired and wireless connectivity implementations
Record user requests, troubleshooting and corrective actions within the Water Quality Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with various user departments and business units
Handle a variety of operation and production problems requiring judgment within generally defined policies and procedures
Relationships and Influence
Assist management in providing technical expertise and direction to Client Services Technicians and associates
Manage and support mobile users, devices and MDM solution
Manage telecom users via Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Delegate projects and tasks assigned from management to the PC Support Technicians
Respond to outages and assist team with problem triage and remediation of network, server and system issues in a regular back up or on-call rotation
Assist systems and development personnel
Other Non-Essential Functions
Technical training for associates
Develop and support continuous improvement projects using DBS tools
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
High School degree required
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
MCSA / MCSE / CCNE / CCNA preferred
CompTIA A+ or equivalent
CompTIA Network+ preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows), server-based system software, LAN topologies and OSI reference mode preferred
Knowledge of endpoint security software
Imaging/provisioning experience required
Minimum 3 years experience supporting escalated issues within a technical support team.
Minimum 3 years experience within a large corporate environment (500+ users) preferred.
Experienced with large-scale implementations of computing technology such as email rollouts, PC deployments, software upgrades, etc preferred
Project Methodology (Agile, SCRUM) experience preferred
ITIL V3 Foundations certification preferred
Experience with Microsoft O365 applications
Knowledge of TCP/IP required
Windows Server administration preferred.
Networking Concepts (DNS, DHCP) required.
Active Directory (AD) experience required.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor in all situations
Ability to navigate ambiguous tasks and situations

The salary range for this role is 56,600.00 to 70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
