Job Description

Are you passionate about product development, software and Project Management? This is an exciting opportunity to lead the product definition, design, commercialization and release to software production! You will focus on meeting project cost goals, quality objectives, time-to-market objectives; and serving as the point of contact for all communication to the project sponsor and senior management. The project manager may also be assigned to assist a R&D director in the coordination of activities on a Platform or Breakthrough projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of programs that lead to product conception, definition, design, and release to production.

  • Create and own the Project Management Plan (describes all Project Management processes: Scope, Resource, Quality, Risk, Communication, Tracking, Change/Configuration management and verification, etc.)

  • Owner of all VPM deliverables (plan, risk list, issue list, assumptions, KPIs, etc.)

  • Establish and manage a CCB (Change Control Bard)

  • Manage Project Scope, Time, Cost and Quality

  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules and budgets.

  • Acquire and assign human and financial/capital resource requirements

  • Coordinating and recording design review meetings and discussions

  • Prioritize and actively participate in design reviews and project phase change reviews.

Your profile:

  • BSC, MSC or similar experience

  • 10 year of product development experience with focus on software engineering and project management

  • Extensive experience with software development and agile methodology

  • Experience with leading (project) teams

  • Proficient user of office tools

  • Deep understanding of project management processes

  • Atlassian tool chain understanding is a plus

The salary range for this role is 120K - 164K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
