We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for new product development and production support for Particle Counting products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing Design Requirements and Verification Protocols for new product development.

  • Supporting Production by identifying and qualifying alternate components for those that are end of life or are otherwise unavailable.

  • Designing mixed analog and digital circuits.

  • Designing systems employing microcontrollers and programmable logic devices.

  • Designing and implementing test rigs and software for design verification and functional tests of electronics modules.

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of experience or master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product development and product engineering support roles.

  • Knowledge of signal integrity and EMC design principles and experience in mitigating issues of both.

  • Hands on experience designing, assembling, and debugging lab-built prototypes.

  • Experience developing embedded code.

  • Experience working on a team with multiple disciplines to create new products and solving problems identified in production and fielded instruments.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Dealing with design changes in a structured design control/change environment for medical devices.

  • Using Cadence OrCad and Allegro for schematic capture and board layout.

  • Programming with Python, C/C++, Verilog and/or VHDL, and LabView.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
