This position will supervise 10 Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who process orders for international business, as well provide support to our international distributors and customers. Play an integral role in developing our CSRs, managing order entry, and driving quality opportunistic sales! Drive for team engagement and professional improvements by assisting the Customer Service Manager in achieving team targets and critical metrics. You will resolve customer complaints and collaborate with management on staffing, performance, training, and development.   • Manage team performance, and perform people leader functions including hiring, training, and performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members

  • Provide back up to the Manager when needed. Drives efficiency, quality and opportunistic sales by guiding and supervising the team for adherence to current process and goals

  • Lead problem solving efforts proactively within assigned teams to address gaps in performance

  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement within area of responsibility and follow DBS standard work

  • Build and drive promotional programs, and develop cross-sell/up-sell skills of team

  • Ensure that all programs and processes adhere to established SOPs and guidelines

Are you qualified?

  • 3+ years working in a customer service environment, demonstrating dynamic responsibilities; Bachelor's degree ideal

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability with international business with supervisory/leadership experience preferred

  • Proven track record and proficiency with order entry and management processes, with personal knowledge of the key contacts throughout the life of an order

  • Solid understanding of Order Management systems (Oracle, SFDC, Noetix, Cisco, ADP, contact center, etc.)

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $75,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years customer service e xperience, demonstrating progressive respons i bilities

  • ​Experience with international business is preferred

  • Supervis ory o r leadership experience is pref e r red

  • Proven ability and proficiency with order entry and management processes , with personal knowledge of the key contac ts throughout the life of an order

  • Ability to answer advanced questio ns relating to customer service

  • Demonstrated organizati onal and time management skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Order Management systems ( Oracle, SFDC, Noetix , Cisco, ADP, contact center , etc. )
