Danaher Corporation Biotech Specialist in Lund, Sweden
Purpose
This position provides technical expertise to drive business and generate sales selling Biotechnology Solutions to customers. This role should be able to evaluate a customer's process to identify solutions and provide the sales force with the necessary tools, information and support to obtain additional sales and identify new opportunities. Sales targets are achieved via direct sales activity with customers and by partnering with Account Managers.
Accountabilities
Develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets through direct sales activities and partnership with Account Managers.
Establish strong relationships with customer end-users and leaders to successfully promote Pall technology solutions and capabilities.
Position, present and demonstrate Pall solutions technologies within customer process development and manufacturing groups.
Provide technical support in various process purification technologies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Conceptualize and create new single use assembly drawings in ACMS that meet customer requirements and ideas.
Coordinate various functional groups within Pall (Pall Advanced Separation Systems, Integrated Solutions, Scientific and Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, Customer Service, etc..) to assemble and direct an effective team strategy so that customers’ needs are addressed in a timely manner and sales opportunities are won.
Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies through the use of Customer Relationship Management systems.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, life sciences or relevant field
at least 3 years technical experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry
at least 1 year commercial experience
