The Workflow Specialist analyses the workflow of Laboratories and creates a reasonable vision for automation & IT for the customer and influences tender specifications.

You will be responsible for:

  • The analysis of existing Laboratory workflows to detect improvement areas being able to prepare a new lab workflow wit BEC portfolio and IT tools

  • Communicating complex WIT concepts, including laboratory workflow, in a proper way to customers acting as workflow consultant for TLA (Total Lab Automation) customers

  • Developing new business opportunities and long-term accounts

  • Completing Project Definition once the final technical solution has been decided

  • Coordination and ownership of the Total Lab Automation Tenders technical response

    Required skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • D egree (prefer technical, biomedical, IT)

  • Previous experience and demonstrated success selling and positioning WIT solutions or selling into laboratory/hospital environment.

  • Knowledge of fundamentals of Lab Automation and IT Technology

  • Strong knowledge of the workflow analytics including cross discipline simulations

  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
