Leading role in new business process implementations – design decisions, supporting preparation, testing, cut-over, training, data management and ensure end to end process integration.
Provide regional leadership across a matrix team consisting of full-time Enablement COE, part-time business process SME’s, and project specific delivery teams. Support the training and development of Subject Matter Expert (SME) community globally.
Perform enablement process mapping, documentation, and training.
Ensure MDM standards and improvements in data quality supporting both projects and day to day transactional requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and effective communication and partnerships within BPE teams and functional partners such as IT, finance, supply chain, commercial leaders, Comm Ops etc, VP Ops etc.
Create and lead the regional business process support Key users & SMEs.
Partner with IT team to ensure good teamwork between business and IT
Review, update or create documentation where appropriate.
Support issue resolution and change requests in the live process.
Coordinate user testing or regression testing for system changes.
Communicate system changes and other information to the SME community
Lead or participate in process improvement activities.
Support the implementation, adoption, and process improvement for standard business processes globally.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and adoption to maximize return on investment and enable a balanced platform for continued growth.
Support or stand in for other members of the CoE team.
Develop the Key User/SME community members
Participate in operations daily management process and the elaboration/monitoring of key performance indicators
Support induction and training of new users in Sales and Distribution process.
Bachelor’s degree plus 8-10 years industry work experience.
(5-10) Leadership and supervisory experience in prior business process role
Excellent communication, collaboration, influence, and ability to effectively inspire change
Willingness to travel 25-50% and work flexible hours to accommodate global schedules
