Pall have an exciting position available at our Portsmouth office for a Business Analyst to support Digital e-commerce eco systems.
We are looking for a talented individual who possesses a great work ethic and is able to work effectively in a complex work framework. We are looking for someone with previous experience or qualifications working as a Business Analyst.
As a key member of this team, you will be supporting the different integrated solutions in our digital eco systems such as Intershop (eCommerce), e-Marketplaces (e..g. Amazon), Esker (order automation), InRiver(PIM), Omnyfy (marketplace solution), and integration with backend system like SAP (ERP), and Salesforce (CRM). In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with different stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver opportunities for improvement to our digital solutions.The responsibilities encompasses stakeholder management, project management, requirement gathering, system & integration testing, supporting & troubleshooting production issues, running daily management calls with stakeholders.
This role can be remote, working from home, as long as you are happy to commute Portsmouth one or two days each month.
Strong business analysis skills, including documenting business and technical requirements.
Stakeholder management including daily/weekly/monthly collaborations
Practical experience of a range of agile analysis techniques
Experience working closely alongside developers and testers
Awareness of web development technologies, techniques and practices in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Ability to handle non-routine queries and resolving issues from application of previous experience
Perform analysis to validate business assumptions and requirements
Supports effective business analysis through analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
Maintain integration configuration and support documentation as integrations are changed, developed, or repurposed.
Work closely with members of our delivery team including stakeholders, development, and QA teams to plan the deployment of our digital solutions.
Proven ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Strong sense of ownership.
Basic Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical / IT field, OR similar related industry experience.
3 years' experience in a relevant role
Experience / exposure to eCommerce
Experience with cloud-based middleware/iPaaS platforms.
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Experience of integrating with ERP backend system such as SAP
Experience using ticketing systems for example JIRA or similar
Experience creating test plans, test cases, testing and communicating results. A/ B and multivariate testing experience also helpful.
Willing to travel occasionally, America, Asia, Europe (France/Germany)
