SUMMARY

The Global Sales enablement team coordinates the strategic, ongoing process of equipping sales teams with the content, guidance, and training they need to effectively engage buyers and drive revenue.

We are looking for a Training Specialist to improve the proficiencies of commercial employees by crafting and conducting training programs on Salesforce primarily, that will boost salesforce adoption and performance in alignment with company’s growth objectives. Performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials thru a train-the-trainer approach, and for coordinating all phases of training interventions.

The leader in this position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales training execution, especially on Salesforce.com and how it enables the sales process and funnel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations team to train commercial associates on solutions for sales processes including funnel management, lead management, quote management and sales standard of work.

  • Participate in deployment projects with focus on Salesforce applications.

  • Be a key player in the roll-out of new processes and features in Salesforce for customer-facing teams, ensuring that we have the right content and training format in place to provide knowledge for hundreds of users across multiple regions and businesses globally.

  • Execute the Salesforce training strategy partnering with sales enablement, sales operations, business unit champions, key users and key trainers and other functional groups thru a train-the-trainer strategy.

  • Supervise adoption of existing processes and tools (CRM tools like Salesforce, and other digital solutions) and keep key partners accountable for their adoption by sharing relevant data and providing those train-the-trainer sessions.

  • Document training design, content, sessions, process diagrams and flows. Supervise progress of our training efforts based on critical metrics.

  • Support various business functions such as field sales and internal sales users on the CRM applications and related business processes by analyzing and solving training doubts and issues.

  • Assess and identify training needs across different teams and regions and collaborate cross functionally.

  • Incorporate industry standards in the training solutions. Staying ahead of trends in this space.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience with the work of customer-facing departments (sales, client services, technical support, dealers) and tools used by them.

  • Prior knowledge using / training of Salesforce and related processes.

  • Experience crafting and delivering training using multiple media and formats, being able to adjust content to partners at different hierarchy levels.

  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
