We currently offer the following position in our HR Operational Excellence team in Wetzlar or Mannheim which will be hybrid.

HR Specialist Analytics (d/f/m)

Come join a fantastic team! In this exciting position, you will report directly to our Manager Global HR Excellence & Transformation. Your main responsibilities include HR analytics, standard and ad hoc reporting, and being a Workday Pro User (main contact point for HR colleagues regarding Workday).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform global standard and ad hoc HR reporting (mainly with Workday data).

  • Ensure data quality and regularly check data validity in Workday.

  • Create and maintain guidelines for HR staff.

  • Act as Workday key user including data entry, support for HR staff and administration of Workday access rights.

  • Prepare KPI and data visualizations.

  • Collaborate with other functions within Leica Microsystems on reporting topics.

  • Perform general administrative tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional experience in data analytics, preferably in an HR environment.

  • Experience with Workday, preferably in a key user function.

  • Excellent skills in preparing and working with Workday data and Microsoft Excel.

  • Academic degree with very good results.

  • Fluent German and English knowledge (written and spoken).

  • High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.

  • Passion for process improvement and confidence of working effectively in an international environment.
