Are you ready for the next step in your career? Join our team! The Compliance Services Technical Product Manager is responsible for the technical development, testing, and support of the overall Compliance Services product line.

The Sr. Technical Specialist / Technical Product Manager will have close collaborative interactions with field teams (FSE’s, Regional Specialists, Territory Specialists, etc.) and other key internal groups (Product management, Global Service Support and Development, Service Training, Quality, etc.), ensuring that new products are delivered in a timely fashion, the quality of those products is high, and training, documentation, and support are in place and appropriate. This position will also serve as the top level resource for Field Support for the Compliance Services products. Fundamental to this position is intimate knowledge of mass spectrometry software, hardware, and liquid chromatography systems, as well as applications, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.

This can be a remote position with travel to a SCIEX location as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support SCIEX Field Service and Customer Support in any issues and escalations.

  • Design, execute, and document testing protocols for development projects on new and existing Compliance Services products.

  • Generate quality documentation supporting Compliance products (Service Guides, Protocols, Test Plans, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Global Service Training to develop and improve training for the Field

  • Organize and manage Compliance Services related logistics (shipments, device calibrations, etc.)

  • Manage and promote open and ongoing communication with the Field. Ensure the flow of information from Compliance Product Management to the field using the tools available

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) in Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Requires 3+ years of proven experience using LCMS systems in laboratory environment

  • Desired 5+ experience in SCIEX instrument operation, data processing, troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of global and regional regulatory frameworks a plus
