What you’ll do
Manage enterprise-level change programs, using the ADKAR change management model, to enable business outcomes faster while enabling a positive associate and customer experience.
Work with project teams to ensure they are incorporating change management planning and execution into the project plans, as well as adjusting approach and timings based on other business activities.
Facilitate change management planning and strategy development for programs, using the ADKAR model and tools.
Measure change management activities, maintain change timeline view and inventory, and promote the ADKAR model and tools.
Partner with HR, Communications, and other functions to ensure change delivery is effective
