We are looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist to work in our contracts team of 11 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for contracts and contracts administration? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Review commercial purchase orders and sales agreements/amendments to identify non-standard terms/conditions; flag risks and occasionally edit terms and conditions

  • Administer the contract approval process and coordinate with cross-functional team members (e.g. sales, customer service, legal, finance, controllership, and tax) to review and approve terms

  • Provide contract administration support, including reporting, status tracking, loading/entering into a contracts management system, facilitating signatures, etc.

  • Document and simplify the contracting process

  • Develop and provide related training as needed

Who you are

  • College degree and 4 years’ work experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience working with commercial contracts and related terms and conditions

  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and effectively managing high volumes in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent writing and communication skills (in English)

  • Preferred: an advanced degree and/or paralegal certification

  • Preferred: experience with SFDC and any SFDC-based contract lifecycle management systems

  • Preferred: healthcare industry experience, preferably in the area of Life Sciences
