We are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to work with our expert Commercial Strategy & Operations team of 40 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Commercial Operations? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Use existing analytical models and develop new methods to deliver standard and ad hoc reporting to support business reviews, market analysis, and quarterly planning
Prepare reports on project status, analytics/metrics, and other reports as needed
Build, join, and manage sophisticated data sets into a comprehensive data visualization platform (e.g. BI tools, Excel, etc.) that drive root cause analysis of problems
Perform day to day Salesforce.com administrative tasks and address production support issues. Tasks include data updates, ad-hoc reporting, and user account management
Support the Sales and Marketing teams to identify sales fluctuations vs. forecast vs. prior periods within several dimensions, such as account, market, etc
Execute on specific reporting and analysis responsibilities in coordination with the internal Customers through the creation of reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com
Support data quality efforts through the use and management of various data quality and reporting tools including Salesforce.com.

Self-starter who perseveres to reach goals, even when faced with challenge
Proficient communication skills (oral and written) allowing for confident representation of the BioPharma business.
Excellent diplomacy, integrity, and time management
Digitally adept in software like Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience
