What you’ll do!

  • Interact with clients in a professional, collaborative and positive manner to promote a lasting business relationship

  • Help develop and support presentation of creative solutions and strategy to customers

  • Prepare reports on project status, analytics/metrics, and other reports as needed

  • Attend customer status calls and meetings and capture and distribute notes and/or action items

  • Utilize database to build and track projects, track time, and keep account notes

  • Supervise and evaluate the success of campaigns and projects, meet client deadlines and expectations, and meet financial benchmarks

  • Review stock analysis, out of stocks and run rates and address any issues with accounts

  • Maintain regular communication with buyer/planner to understand current and future needs

  • Partner with Account Community to resolve raised customer issues related to re-orders through a broad understanding of processes, systems, and practices

Who you are!

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of related/relevant professional experience

  • Strong customer-service orientation

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Outstanding phone prospecting skills with organized follow up

  • Thinks strategically and creatively

  • Navigates and thrives in a highly matrixed, team-oriented environment

  • Self-starter who perseveres to reach goals, even when faced with challenge

  • Proficient communication skills (oral and written) allowing for confident representation of the BioPharma business.

  • Excellent diplomacy, professionalism, and time management

  • Digitally adept in software like Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com
