What you'll do

  • Support Gene Therapy Commercial teams by providing data and analysis to help them meet targets. Use appropriate models to acquire the data needed from various data sources such as SAP, SFDC CRM and Oracle.

  • Prepare regular Sales/Order, Funnel, Forecast reports and provide feedback. Participate in weekly Gene Therapy op mech reviews and present reports to management. Train Commercial team to interrogate the generated reports and to use SFDC CRM and peripheral support tools (i.e. Qlik and within Qlik: LSI, Commercial Compass).

  • Build tracking mechanism for recurring consumable revenue including run rate forecasting including Enterprise business.

  • Support regional tagging op mechs globally and drive in SFDC CRM. Ensure SFDC tagging update at customer level and collaborate with SFDC team globally. Lead customers list update with MCA (Market & Commercial Analytics) team and activate in SFDC to translate into commercial actions.

  • Support monthly op. mechs through Gene Therapy Dashboard preparation, analysis and reporting. Prepare monthly Bowler and submission for management. Provide day to day financial support and adhoc requests.

  • Contribute to building dashboard to monitor Sales force effectiveness using KPI's and provide regular reports to management.

  • Drive process improvements via systemic and sustainable solutions to minimise manual workarounds.

  • Support and participate in adhoc/cross functional projects involving Gene Therapy.

  • Integrate cross selling analytics from other Cytiva product portfolios beyond BioProcess as well as portfolios from other Danaher Operating Companies. Build associated sales incentive tracking mechanism.

  • Maintain databases/data systems, ensure sustainable solution to maintain clean data and perform analysis to assess data quality.

  • Provide proactive feedback on process improvements needs and lead or participate to implementation.

Who you are

  • BS in engineering or science with focus in Business

  • 3-5 years business analytical experience producing budgets and forecasts

  • Good organizational skills and a high level of mathematical ability to lead, coordinate and execute complicated projects with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze, model and interpret data using excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel advanced skills (pivot tables, formulas and macros) mandatory. CRM preferably SFDC. Other financial modelling experience, Oracle and SAP preferable but not essential.

  • Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people across the organization.

  • English fluent, other languages a plus.
