What you’ll do
Manage regional Field Applications leaders – USCAN, EMEA, APAC and China working in coordination with the sales team and product management to provide pre- and post-sales support to customers for products purchased
Ensure standard applications programs are in place for training, documentation, onboarding, as well as implement strategic practices across the group for customer activities
Create a FAS metrics to ensure clear guidance for team's success and focus, eg: case management, design-in, trainings, KOL engagement, etc
Play a strategic role with key accounts and KOL customers both locally and globally
Create a process to have demo assets optimized at show sites for the global commercial team
Develop and implement a robust customer support model focused on cell and gene therapy customers
Manage a globally focused commercial trainer for all CGT customer teams, and regulatory support team to ensure good customer engagement.
Gather global customer inputs for new product development and evolution of existing product portfolios, ensure voice of customer is included
Owning the global alignment of customer needs to business needs for application prioritization
Support creation of messaging as well as evidence generation strategy + partnership with regions on the execution
Help drive adoption of novel NPIs and applications globally
Test and validate products with global team to ensure high quality before they are released
Track, trend and report on key applications metrics on the adoption and use of CGT technologies
Who you are
Degree in life sciences
Experience in the cell and gene therapy field
10-1 years experience ideal
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams
Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to effectively manage staff
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills
Self-motivated with ability to drive projects
