Role Summary/Purpose

The Global Product Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the Cytiva BioProcess Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing demand generation activities for our enterprise manufacturing solutions (FlexFactory) and modular facilities (KuBio). This dynamic individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams for the development of engaging marketing content which will contribute to the overall growth of the global business.

Essential Responsibilities

The role will drive portfolio growth by developing and executing product marketing plans, qualitative & quantitative customer insights, as well as creation of value propositions, key messaging, conducting voice of customer (VOC) research, tailoring messages and activities to key segments/accounts, and metric reporting.

What you’ll do

Be a great communicator

-Develop productive relationships in the Enterprise customer base including C-suite, Government, CDMOs and other key related stakeholders. Provide feedback, gap analyses, and insights back to the organization to refine our offering

-To drive commercial success you will have a key role in sales enablement supporting sales collateral with a focus on complete workflows and applications relative to your customer segments.

Be a value creator

  • This role will drive and develop our end-to-end solutions focused marketing for our Enterprise offerings- this individual will act as global marketing lead for Enterprise including the automation, digital and services portfolios-You will develop, deploy, and evolve the Cytiva value proposition for connected solutions developed by our Enterprise team

-Develop and champion marketing campaigns that support goals and objectives agreed with central and business unit marketing and commercial leadership and ensure robust marketing analytics and impact review of activities

Be a collaborator

-Collaborate with regional commercial teams to collect, analyze, and prioritize customer insights-Partner with commercial leadership to assess the health of Cytiva’s enterprise funnel, customer acquisition and overall business health

-Where appropriate define, develop and deliver co-marketing assets either with strategic partners or with customers-Develop and maintain the market and competitive knowledge with the central customer insights and market analytics teams to enable commercial and portfolio decisions linked to our Enterprise offering Who you are -7+ years experience in Biomanufacturing or a related Life Sciences field-5+ years experience in tactical/content-based marketing, product marketing, in bioprocessing or related field-Demonstrated track record in Executive/C-suite level external market value proposition and targeting-Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy-Executive level communication skills -Data driven approach to segment decision making-Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas-Strategic marketing expertise – segmentation, targeting, positioning, and campaign development-Degree in life sciences preferred. MBA a plus.
