Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. The Equipment Service Product Manager for Cytiva is responsible for setting the strategic direction for growing their portfolio and developing offerings in line with this strategy. This role will focus on the Cytiva program for refurbished instruments as well as an equipment services portfolio for a cutting edge Cytiva hardware businesses.

This position is part of the Equipment Services business unit and will be a hybrid working position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Cytiva's ReManufacturing program for refurbishing and re-selling equipment. This includes accountability for the inventory and sales strategy and execution for ReManufactured instruments

  • Define standard work for the ReManufactured program in partnership with our hardware businesses to ensure that it is an impactful part of Cytiva's research hardware strategy

  • Product Management responsibility for Equipment Services offerings for Precision Nanosystems (PNI) business including strategy to increase service contract coverage and service revenue

    Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position

  • Proven ability to manage and improve the efficiency of a transactional process

  • Have owned and grown revenue of a portfolio or territory

  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunity and develop and drive an action plan to capture that opportunity

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Certified Practitioner in a Danaher Business Systems tool such as Launch Excellence, Customer-Centric Product Definition, or Transactional Process Improvement

  • Sales experience

  • Experience in a business with a strong contract annuity contribution

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
