What you’ll do!

  • Preparation and review of global backlog reporting including constrained items supply and customer critical items for your allocated global strategic accounts (GSA)

  • Establish yourself as the global partner and go-to person for CS requests and global critical issues for the customer, GSA Executive (GSAE) and local customer service and sales team.

  • Proactively drive alignment between internal teams and partners on changes that impact the customer at global level.

  • Work with GSAE, Customer Service and Digital Enablement teams to build relevant data visibility tools for operational information to support GSAE, drive automation and self-service

  • Drive process improvements with customer, commercial and CS following existing CS portfolio/governance procedures, championing customer needs

  • Support monitoring and trending of performance (OTIF and Case) at global level; support QBRs with Customer in collaboration with global strategic operations team on operational topics (e.g., orders, disputes, cases)

Who you are!

  • High School/GED Required with Bachelor's degree Preferred

  • 5 Years of Customer Facing Experience

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

  • Order fulfillment professional with experience in related Oracle ERP and supporting systems

  • Strong collaborator and influencer both internally and externally

  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills

  • Professional presence to lead/support customer meetings

  • Customer focused with a drive to improve customer experience though their work
