We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to work with our expert Automation and Digital team of 60 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for cyber security? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Work across multinational cross functional project teams, focusing on product security
Utilizing guidance from senior engineers, implement cybersecurity features based on best practices & conduct cyber security vulnerability assessments
Participate in analyzing product security risks
Engage in application and domain-specific threat modeling and attack surface analysis/reduction
Develop project and product documentation relative to cyber security
Prepare project technical reports, project progress reports and conduct technical presentations
Maintain current understanding of security-related tools
Develop a working knowledge of cyber security principles and elements
Assist with onsite implementations of security solutions
Provide support on cyber security related subjects including but not limited to hardware, software, intrusion detection/prevention, networking, active directory, auditing, logging and monitoring
Support teams during the investigation of suspected cyber security events at customer locations
Implement security related vulnerability mitigations in development systems
Who you are
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) with 1-3 years of experience of professional experience
Basic understanding of: firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware products, forensics tools, data encryption, VPNs, vulnerability scanners, and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
Basic understanding of PLC and SCADA platforms
Experience working with industrial equipment.
Exposure to industry cyber security standards (IEC 62433, ISA 99, NIST 800-53, etc.)
Understanding of virtualized and physical computer systems
Ability to balance multiple projects with prioritization guidance
Ability to identify issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal, collaboration
Good written and verbal communication skills
