Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. The Equipment Service Product Manager for Cytiva is responsible for setting the strategic direction for growing their portfolio and developing offerings in line with this strategy. This role will intern with the product management team and will focus on understanding and solving a key problem that is a barrier to growth for the Equipment Services business unit.

This position is part of the Equipment Services business unit and will be a hybrid working position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Use Danaher Business System tools to deep dive into a barrier to growth facing the Equipment Services business unit

  • Synthesize voice of customer, market research, business performance data, and voice of sales to create a shared understanding of the problem space across the Equipment Services organization

  • Align the organization on recommendations for closing the gap in the defined problem and developing and executing an action plan to drive sustained improvement

    Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or similar masters degree

  • Proven ability to assess business challenges and craft strategic recommendations for solving them

  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunity and develop and drive an action plan to capture that opportunity

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Sales or product management experience

  • Experience in a business with a strong contract annuity contribution

  • Experience in the life sciences industry

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. This role could also be remote. The salary for this role is $4,250 biweekly, relocation for the summer is available. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
