What you’ll do
Support the commercial strategy to identify & target pre-clinical and phase I molecules. Utilize databases and online research to allocate molecule/account leads and intelligence to relevant account teams. Regularly follow up on lead KPI’s as well as stalled leads to ensure appropriate activity
Extract and consolidate external and internal data to visualize trends and patterns in molecule and account dynamics and provide the commercial teams with this targeted information. Continuously keep up to date on industry news and extract key findings to support the global commercial programs
Manage molecule transfers in global manufacturing networks and to Contract Manufacturing Organizations for molecules in all clinical phases
Support, train and engage commercial teams to document molecule information. Propose process and tool enhancements. Support the extraction of key data to make business decisions
Support in targeting campaigns to highlight opportunities for portfolio cross-selling and up-selling. Conduct regular funding research to identify best bets
Who you are
Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
Solid understanding of the Biopharma industry and typical pharmaceutical applications
A thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and gaps & opportunities related to accounts and biopharma molecules and translate them into actionable and operational solutions. Solid business acumen and understanding of typical commercial processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional leaders and SME's, through strong interpersonal skills and a clear teamwork orientation
Solid experience regarding Business Intelligence and CRM tools such as SFDC and Qlik as well as proficiency in MS Office
Expertise in database mining, market trends/analysis and having the ability to synthesize key information from large amounts of data
Having the ability to work independently and to take own initiatives and bring forward improvement proposals on processes and tools
