What you’ll do

  • Manages the Flex Factory and Custom Hardware delivery projects Scope, Budget and Schedule.

  • Manages Process Improvement project approved by Leadership that will improve the execution and offering of the business.

  • Establishes plans and key performance indicators to execute and measure the process improvement projects

  • Establishes plans based on the data provided by the Customer Contract, User Requirement Specifications and availability of Functional Resources

  • Manages costs to maintain the Business expectations

  • Works in partnership with the Enterprise Solutions Project Manager/Product Manager, Lead System Designers, Automation, Commercial Operations, Product Teams, and Quoting/Proposal Teams to execute the Enterprise Solution Project and Custom Hardware Project Milestone Reviews

  • Works in partnership with the Enterprise Solutions Project Manager/Product Manager and Project Management Office to develop the project plan, schedule and evaluate risks.

  • Works with the Lead System Designer and Enterprise Solutions Project Manager/Product Manager to approve and release project documents (for example Project plan, budget, risk assessments……)

  • Develops a communication plan that will ensure seamless communication with the Project Team, Customer, Project Steering Committee, and the indirect stake holders.

  • Works with Quality Assurance and Regulatory to ensure all requirements and regulations are met

  • Works with Lead System Designer, Enterprise Solutions Project Manager/Product Team and Project Management Office on all Project Change Orders, deviations, Scope, specification and timeline changes.

  • Works with Finance, Enterprise Solution Project Manager/Product Manager and Project Management office to manage budget changes

  • Works with Lead System Designer, Enterprise Solution Project Manager/Product Manager, Global Supply Chain, Qualification Services and the customer to Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

  • Works with Lead System Designer and Automation Project Manager to develop a documentation delivery plan

  • Works with Distribution, Global Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and the Customer on the Shipping and Distribution Plans

  • Monitors transportation, installation and IQ/OQ at customer site if needed

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent degree with a working experience some of the following areas: mechanical equipment/automation or software/electronics/ engineering/supply chain/manufacturing/biology/chemistry

  • 5 or more years of experience in Project Management capacity within a regulated manufacturing industry (Pharma or Med Device ideal).

  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability execute high visibility projects with high expectations

  • Comfort with communicating and presenting to all levels of the business and to all global regions

  • Ability to drive Process Improvement Projects in many business disciplines’

  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
