We are looking for a REGIONAL FULFILLMENT MANAGER to work with our expert Supply chain team of dedicated and motivated employees across the world. Do you have a passion for providing world class service to our customers? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Design optimal organization structure to support the successful execution of logistics across the business portfolios in Asia
Develops and implements plans to ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders on-time
Drive the Distribution centers to become a trusted operation unit close to the customers which provide differential services
Improve logistics and fulfillment service by leveraging world class logistics partner to drive standardization and fulfillment
Who you are
Undergraduate Degree/Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management and minimum of 5 years in operational environment of export operations experience, or order management of freight forwarder operations experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in working with order fulfillment operations, planning
Sharp analytical skills, should have the ability to evaluate, analyze and present data
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
Solid experience of Oracle system (inventory/ warehouse/ planning user)
Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different countries and cultures.
