What you’ll do

Manufacturing and Logistics Senior Business System Analyst will require in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing process and solutions and other related business applications.

The scope of the role:

  • Deploy/Enhance Manufacturing/Logistic applications like Oracle ERP, MES and related applications

  • Partner with business functional owners and third-party consultants to support current applications and solutions.

  • Identify business gaps and inconsistencies and accordingly develop action plans.

  • Outline project plan and documentation to reflect concise understanding of the business requirement into viable solutions.

  • Maintains accurate documentation and design of application configurations, setup, technical and operating procedures

  • Support team mindset with all project members, business owners, and customers to work towards shared goals and objectives.

  • Perform SIT testing, and work with users for UAT testing.

  • Drive a solution through the SDLC process and timely deliveries.

  • Work within Cytiva change management and Quality policies to ensure approval and success of changes made.

  • Work in a global environment to deploy global application projects to regions

  • Provide training and guidance on best practice and system usage to key business users

  • Evaluate and Recommend new solutions, upgrades and technologies in line with IT and Business strategies

  • Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Who you are

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • BS Degree in STEM.

  • 5-8 years of Oracle ERP experience in Discrete Manufacturing and other logistic modules and peripheral systems.

  • MES implementation/support experience would be an added advantage.

  • Preferred working experience in GMP environment.

  • Understands industry best practices and usage in ERP and/or MES.

  • Good command of the English, Mandarin language, both oral and written. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys teamwork.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
