Do you have a passion for cyber security? Then we would love to hear from you.What you’ll doSummaryThis position requires Operational Technology (OT) experience. The candidate will be a familiar with cyber security in the areas of IT/OT, Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), PLC, DCS.In addition to delivery and execution, the engineer will be tasked with development and testing of various security features to meet customer or regulatory cyber security requirements while working in multinational cross functional project teams.ResponsibilitiesWork across multiple multinational cross functional project teams, focusing on product securityConsult on security requirements and utilize best practices to meet themProvide direction on OT requirements and processes to Engineering teamsEnsure product security risks are promptly identified, logged and evaluatedEngage in application and domain-specific threat modeling and attack surface analysis/reductionPromotes best practices and design patternsConduct cyber vulnerability assessmentsDevelop project and product documentation relative to cyber securityPrepare project technical reports, project progress reports and conduct technical presentationsMaintaining security-related tools to improve product maintainability and securityDevelop an enhanced working knowledge of cyber security principles and elementsSuccessfully assist with onsite implementations of security solutionsProvides advanced support on all aspects of Cyber Security including but not limited to Hardware, Software, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Firewalls/Routers/Switches, Active Directory, Auditing, Logging and Monitoring.Support response teams during the investigation of suspected cyber security events at customer locationsMonitors networking systems against cyber-attacks and implements risk mitigation counter measures to ensure security.Who you areRequirementsBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) with 3-5 years of experienceExperience with: firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware products, forensics tools, data encryption, VPNs, vulnerability scanners, and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).Experience with common PLC and SCADA platformsExperience working in an industrial manufacturing OT environment.Experience with industry cyber security standards (IEC 62433, ISA 99, NIST 800-53, etc.) implementation and governanceExperience with industrial networks with virtually and physically hosted applications.Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and verbal and written communications skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred QualificationPLC/DCS/SCADA experience with Rockwell and /or Emerson productsExperience working with VMWareExperience working on global project teams as an individual contributorKnowledge of application risk identification and evaluation techniquesDemonstrated understanding of software systems and development concepts including: access, authorization, configuration, design, test & maintenance.Who we areWhatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
