What you’ll do

  • Manage and own HR IT Applications Portfolio such as HR Time and Attendance, Payroll & HCM tools. Support HR IT Operations including ServiceNow ITIL change process, CMDB updates, support processes, manage incidents & achieve SLA standards

  • Act as point of contact for all HR data integrations requests and drive standard governance process across IT stakeholders like the Data and Analytics, Middleware and Danaher Corporate teams. Able to understand requirements, design, and document integration-related requirements

  • Lead HR IT initiatives partnering with cross-functional customers and stakeholders to build and execute on roadmaps, track progress, identify risks, define & implement countermeasures, ensure on time delivery and adopt PMO governance processes

  • Deliver HR demand capture process; manage demands, prioritize requests, and groom backlog in alignment with business goals and objectives

  • Drive W2W delivery of HR IT initiatives from requirements through release and sustainment

  • Define long-term HR Tools roadmap based on organizational objectives, with a focus on simplification and continuous improvement

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of IT professional or equivalent experience

  • Expertise in HR IT Systems and Workday knowledge

  • Strong Business Analysis skills and Project Management skills. Experience using formal project management and governance tools/process and ability to influence business through credible knowledge and experience

  • Skilled in breaking down problems and estimating efforts with ability to propose, analyse impact and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proactive, persists to completion, especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks

  • Ability to work & navigate in a matrixed organization

  • Pushes self for results; pushes others for results through team spirit and exhibiting role model behaviour.
