What you'll do

This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in HR. As a Talent Acquisition Co-Op, you will be responsible for providing recruiting administration support to Cytiva's Talent Acquisition team in the US.

  • Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and candidate travel requests

  • Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards

  • Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

  • Participate in projects as Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems

  • Assist TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence

    Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating May 2021 or later

  • Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Problem solver who can balance compliance with client and candidate needs
