Danaher Corporation Business Operations Enablement Lead, EMEA in Maurens-Scopont, France
- This role is responsible to design, build and deliver onboarding and continuous development training to support the EMEA Business Operations team’s objectives with a particular focus on Order Management. This role will also strive for continuous improvement of training plans, skills and competencies to enable associates and to build up operational capability.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to initial onboarding and to continuous development and enablement
Create standard work documents and training materials on processes and policies
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, providing coaching and assistance
Design, build and develop skills grids and competencies matrixes
Implement individual coaching plans, partner with management to analyze gaps and identify training needs. Address them in partnership with Regional and Global teams
Support the implementation, usage and adoption of Cepheid systems, tools and processes
Audit to ensure sustainment of and healthy adherence to procedures and process, including learner performance, and perform retraining if necessary
Implement critical KPIs related to trainings, competencies and quality and take timely action to close gaps
Drive and participate in projects to improve training quality and effectiveness
Manage training and quality documents and assignments in Compliance Wire
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance of the training process
Take the lead as Quality Process Owner for Order Management
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
Education or Experience (in years):
• Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR• Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR• Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
Knowledge and skills:
Fluency in English
Experience with SAP & SFDC Lightning preferred
Experience with DBS or similar business system is preferred
Excellent curriculum instructional design development and skills.
Excellent facilitation, and delivery of training and learning skills
Operates with transparency and humility
Acts as a role model for high ethical standards and code of conduct
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Exhibits exceptional communication skills to communicate training and feedback to audience
Adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Ability to work in a team environment & interact effectively with others by making customer satisfaction and solution quality/integrity high priorities for self and team.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in completing various, multiple and changing business priorities, requirements, and projects.

Demonstrated leadership beyond minimum job responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel up 25% of the time
