The Support and Service Specialist solves Digital Dentistry support tickets and supports data processing activities.
Main Responsibilities of the Position:
* Supports customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Digital Dentistry solutions according to the support procedures. * Offering services to support ongoing technical projects, performing related data acquisition and processing and prototype production activities. * Supporting dealer partners. * Collecting customer feedback about the performance of products in the market.
* Passionate about understanding the daily business of our customers. * You have a strong interest in the field of digital dentistry from a technical point of view. * Good communication and teaching skills. * Problem solver with an analytical mindset, who has patience with customers. * You arefluent in English and Germanboth written and verbally. * Any other language is an advantage
