You will provide analysis, counsel, regulatory support, quality assurance, environment, health and safety, facility security and emergency response services, and regulatory and compliance technical training services to the organization. You will in charge of analyzing regulatory aspects of operations activity, and recommend actions that maximize efficiencies and profits by ensuring high product quality while providing the highest level of customer service.
You are a key player in the Quality Team by managing quality related processes with subcontractors who manufacture PALL product and customer questions related to Biotech expansion plans. You will also support expansion plans in existing or new Biotech manufacturing sites. You will act as a partner with suppliers, customers and within Biotech manufacturing sites with members of all departments such as Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, R&D teams…
Your main responsibilities will be :
Represent Quality in Biotech expansion plans within your region and own quality related actions
Ensure that all products, processes, methods and equipment are validated and globally aligned
Customer Advocate / Voice of the Customer by ensuring alignment with customer requirements, where possible. Build and sustain strong relationships with SAM and KAMs. Handle customer questions related to Biotech Expansion plans
Lead all quality related processes regarding subcontractors and Customer Complaints related to PALL product manufactured by subcontractors
Enable root-cause investigation at subcontractors, drive to root-cause and manage the implementation of CAPA’s and document product and process changes
Facilitate FARA discussions and coordinate customer communications
Follow-up on the overall product quality of the subcontractors
Responsible to perform technical and QMS based subcontractor audits
Support in subcontractor qualification and onboarding process
Responsible to supervise, improve and develop subcontractors
If you have a Master's degree in a scientific field, preferable in Lifesciences (bio, biomedical, chemical, pharma…) and at least 5 years of related experience and confirmed project management skills this could be your next career step !
If in addition you are familiar with the following, then you may be our dreamt candidate :
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 required
Knowledge of ISO11137, ISO14644 and ISO14698 preferred
Lean Six Sigma knowledge required (preferably brown or black belt)
