As part of our HR department at our manufacturing plant in Medemblik (North Holland) you are responsible for: * The accurate and timely processing of salaries for all employees; * Acting as first point of contact regarding payroll & administration related questions; * Keeping the various HR databases up-to-date; * Managing time registration systems; * General personnel administration (preparing social documents, following up insurance contracts, etc.); * Follow up of administrative tasks at the start and at the end of contracts; * The follow up and application of changes to labour and social laws as well as changes to our internal procedures; * Monitoring and extracting information for reporting purposes; * Participate/lead various HR-related projects.
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources; * Experience in payroll; * Fluent in Dutch and English; * Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, …); * Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus; * Being a team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and good time management; * Being curious and eager to improve his/her own knowledge; * Being proactive and autonomous;
