Danaher Corporation Senior HR Business Partner in Medemblik, Netherlands

Goal of the Position:

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for the operational, tactical and strategic support of the Manufacturing Operations of the Pall site in Medemblik!

As a pro-active Business Partner you lead and participate in HR related projects. Where possible, you support the HR manager in general HR projects which apply to the whole of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business partner for your client group. Develop partnerships with key decision makers and departments. As such, give support to all HR related topics;

  • Manage all aspects of HR (Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Social Law, Internal Communication and Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Exit management, Works Council)

  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies & processes.

  • Participate in various HR projects.

Education, Skills and Competencies:

  • Higher education in the field of Human Resources management;

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a strongly growing matrix organisation;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Proficient in English and Dutch;

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong emotional intelligence;

  • Able to be a trainer as well as a mentor.
