We are currently recruiting for 2 Supply Chain Coordinators to join the ever growing team at our phenomenal site in Medemblik.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are part of the department Customer Support. You are the main contact for our intercompany Sales and Customer Service teams. You work closely with several internal and external departments to provide feedback about sales orders, improve our service levels, and meet customer’s expectation to the best of your ability. You will handle expedite requests and find customized, out-of-the-box solutions for escalating expedited orders.

  • Working closely with our Sales and Customer Service offices from all over the world to help coordinate supply to the customers as optimally and efficiently as possible, while making sure to handle realistic expectations.

  • Coordinate actions within the plant to provide relevant and accurate feedback about sales orders to our Sales/Customer Service colleagues and meet the customer need as best as possible.

  • For customer concerns, go above and beyond to try to find solutions to expedite the order, while limiting the impact and disruptions on our production flow.

  • Using insight in processes to tackle problems optimally.

  • Collecting data about reoccurring bottlenecks in the processes to resolve root cause and to help drive process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience within a customer service, supply chain and/or production environment, preferably with a BA degree.

  • Working languages are English (80%) and Dutch (20%)

  • Experience with SAP and/or Excel would be an advantage however any ERP system is suitable

  • Excellent relational skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Customer focussed, but capable of fixing priorities in a dynamic, international environment

  • Great teammate, but also loves to work independently most of the time
