Description

Primary Responsibilities Service Admin • Quote to Cash for Australia & New Zealand • Ensures the success of field staff and delivery of customer satisfaction by scheduling and coordinating instrument installations and training. • Responsible for the part ordering for engineers and work closely with planner & logistics on the delivery • Monitoring, scheduling and distributing of planned maintenance calls and others service calls amongst engineers. • Responsible for parts return to Asian Distribution center on a timely manner. • Maintain customer database systems. • Responsible for Customers call handling, answering queries or redirecting calls to Engineers as appropriate. • Responsible for data input & maintenance of our various business systems (e.g. Oracle R12/SMAX). • Responsible for call center activities, especially logging customer request. • Responsible for filling of all related documents for audit purposes • Responsible for Stock take and involve in Audit • To support and back up team members as and when needed. • Any other duties as assigned. Service Marcom: • Collaborate with Sales marketing on the Eloqua campaign on the email blast and distribution • Provide marketing support for events and other marketing initiatives • Assist in creating and preparing marketing collateral and promotional materials working together with Service MDM • Provide administration support and assist in content development In addition, you are also required to: • Drive revenue recognition orders; generate service contract orders for new, renewals, modifications, and terminations. • Execute on customer requests; via phone, fax, email, or other electronic means. Additional Requirements: • Self-driven and work under minimum supervision. • Experience in Oracle ERP & Microsoft office is preferred • This role is to be based in Melbourne *LI-Gl1

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Demonstrate ability to organize work efficiently, productively and independently; detail-oriented. • Demonstrate ability to work on a range of tasks as part of ongoing projects, and to make sound decisions in order to meet deadlines for the completion of projects or activities. • Interpersonal skills suitable for a people-oriented job, requiring interactions with many people both inside and outside of the organization. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues from different functions overseas. • creative, enthusiastic, driven individual with strong team-building skills is desirable. • Excellent spoken and written skills in English • Responsible with positive attitude who able to work independently and a team player • Minimum Diploma certification or equivalent • Min 5 years’ experience of relevant experience • Experience in managing complex tasks, good communications and organizational Skills
