Description

  • Atención de Servicios para Clientes Externos e Internos.
  • Cumplimiento de los Objetivos de calidad y eficiencia del servicio.
  • Debida presentación para la entrega y aceptación del trabajo por parte del Cliente.
  • Cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, dentro de las instalaciones de nuestros Clientes.
  • Llenado completo y claro de Órdenes de Servicio, para la posterior recuperación de los conceptos cobrables, derivado de la atención al Cliente.
  • Captura de información en el Software de Administración de Servicios.
  • Comprobación pronta y oportuna de las refacciones utilizadas en el mantenimiento.
  • Comprobación pronta y oportuna de los gastos de viaje derivados de la prestación de servicios a Clientes internos y externos.
  • Asesorías Técnicas vía telefónica.
  • Reparación y reacondicionamiento de equipos propiedad de la empresa.
  • Uso adecuado de las herramientas de trabajo suministradas por la empresa.

Qualification

  • 3 a 4 años en Servicio a Clientes, Soporte Técnico y mantenimiento a diversos equipos industriales dentro de las instalaciones de los clientes.
  • Manejo de almacén e inventarios.
  • Trato con clientes difíciles.
