Danaher Corporation Service Training Coordinator in Miami, Florida
Coordinates all tasks to ensure proper registration of Field Service Engineers, Applications Specialists and BioMeds in Service Training Courses. Those tasks include but are not limited to:
Open classes in Learning Management Systems
Work with International, Call Centers, and Biomeds to enroll in requested classes
Manage class enrollments vs. waitlists
Monitor prework in Knowledge Connection / send reminders if not complete
Check class in Learning Management Systems and make sure any eLearning prework is completed.
Send reminder emails to the students and District manager
Work with Area Mangers to schedule training, enroll students, prioritize and filter enrollments
Work with global professional development Managers to balance training schedule
Provide information (logistics)
Invitation Letters (if needed)
Provide documentation/ check lists sign offs
Verify completion of classes in Learning Management System for documentation and skills in service max
Open classes for Operator Employee training in Learning Management System
Classes opened in Learning Management System when a student attends an Operator Class
Conduct all administrative tasks related to the field mentoring program including but not limited to:
Enroll in mentoring classes
Close out mentoring upon receiving documentation
Close out in learning management system
Send out overdue mentoring reminders monthly
Provide outstanding mentoring status to management
Make sure mentoring completed prior to attending another class
Assist in the following departmental duties:
Order supplies ( VWR , Fisher, Office Depot)
Put in work requests
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Degree
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated track record of strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability in and commitment to continuous process improvement
